Hi, I'm Oana, a visual storyteller specialising in animation and design for life sciences. I work with science-led teams to translate complex research and emerging technologies into clear, engaging visuals.
My work sits at the intersection of creativity, clarity, and empathy. I focus on finding the simplest way to explain an idea while helping people connect with it on a human level. My style is warm, with an illustrated, people-focused approach that works particularly well for abstract, technical, or sensitive topics.
I started out creating educational content and documentary-style animation, then moved into health, research, and innovation - an area I find both challenging and deeply rewarding. I've created graphics and videos for patients, healthcare providers, B2B audiences, and internal teams.
I joined Sci-translate because I care about making science accessible and meaningful. I'm here to make scientific insights understandable and actionable through thoughtful visual storytelling.
