Join us for a mind-body health workshop where you can get personalised advice from a clinical psychologist and certified yoga teacher. Followed by a curated dinner, cocktails and DJ set.

Dinner in Selina's vegan restaurant, including a 2-course meal and cocktail.

Kristy is a London-based DJ and producer (and yogi) who's known for her eclectic DJ sets that blend disco, house and Latin elements.
Dr Gemma Luke
Gemma is a clinical psychologist at the London Psychiatry Clinic and 200-hour qualified yoga teacher who has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years.
Gemma creatively combines psychotherapy and mind-body techniques to enhance people’s confidence, self-esteem, and resilience. Her individualised approach empowers you with knowledge and skills that support you to face future challenges in your personal and professional life.
During workshops, she explores and enhances your understanding of how psychological difficulties can manifest physically, teaches grounding techniques that regulate the nervous system, and helps you become more in tune with the physical sensations that provide insight into your unconscious mind.
Gemma is passionate about promoting positive mental health and strives to work holistically with both mind and body to help people achieve lasting change and lead more fulfilling lives.
AFTER DINNER DJ SET
Kristy is a London-based DJ and producer, senior social media editor and digital nomad who is passionate about using yoga and mind-body techniques to maintain her work/life balance.
She's known for her eclectic DJ sets that blend disco, house and Latin elements, with her tracks receiving support from BBC Radio 1, Rinse FM and Ministry of Sound.
Her regular radio shows have seen her broadcast B2B sessions with underground music’s most talented selectors.
Kristy has toured internationally across Europe, Australia, Asia and the US, and played at renowned clubs and festivals such as Magnetic Fields, Snowbombing, Houghton and Love International.
During the UK lockdown, Kristy hosted a series for Identification of Music called ‘Lockdown Live’ with interviews with artists such as Detroit Swindle, Archie Hamilton, TSHA and platforms such as Mixcloud and Mixmag.
